The Applied Problem And The Countermeasure Of The Electronic Information In The Criminal Investigation Field

With the development of modern information and the appearance of computer crime in twentieth century, electronic information has gradually become an important role of criminal investigation. Electronic information has a wide application in the criminal investigation field.The paper has two hypothesis on the basis of the analysis. One hypothesis: with the rapid development of information technology and the wide use of computer, the application of electronic information is increasingly popular in the people life. Meanwhile, the electronic information imprinting of the criminal act will be certainly left on crime process. The other hypothesis: with the development and upgrade of the criminal act, the criminal investigation will face to challenge. The electronic information will be widely applied and the new countermeasure will surely adopted in the criminal investigation.This paper develops discussion around the two basis hypothesis. The paper deep analyses the application and the countermeasure of the electronic information in the criminal investigation field.
