Along with the economic globalization step speeding up, the acceleration of urban-rural composition has had an important influence to the village and town arrangement pattern. The countryside's residential situation is a complex reflection of it's development And now, our country is being accelerate development of urbanization, the research of town and villages'residential patterns is a promoter action in the development of the economy or society or the urbanization of our country.Owing to this, carring on an overview with the domestic and international related research in the background of promoting the village economic society development and quickly expansion of the urbanization progression, this thesis points out the influence of the urbanization progression and characters to the living of countryside, and also raises the current problems of village living space construction. Being inspired by the city "organic renewal theories", on the basis of the basic present condition of village living space construction in developed Southern jiangsu, and combining together the society inquisition and theories analysis, the writert put forward a new transient chaining living principle at last.Subsequently , writer researches the residential patterns in Southern jiangsu from the programming layout, space appearance, color principle and the decoration details, then put forward the related leading principle and countermeasure of living appearance construction in the Southern jiangsu village.
