| Marx is one of the most excellent ideologist in human history, for the people who approved or opposed him, both of Marx's thinking method and way all became one part of their daily life. Just as Derrida said, Marx's thought is the common heritage of human beings, no matter you acknowledge or not, all of us are Marxist's inheritors.As a socialist country, we should have explored and studied the theories of Marxist in further investigation and wider fields. But owing to our particular social conditions and limitations of the traditional mode of national thought, the understanding of Marxist often limited to a certain doctrine, the most of researches on Marxist have being confined to the form but not to its essence and development. Since the reform and opening-up, this situation has changed to some extent, but it must be improved greatly according to the objective demands.Take the essence of law for example, Marx has already solved that problem clearly.
