The Study Of The Relationship Between Scientific View Of Development And Construction Of Harmonious Socialist Society

Along with the sustainable development of society, we achieve progress in the strengthened integrated power and the society. At the same time new conflicts have emerged. Our party has proposed the new concept of "constructing harmonious socialistic society" in the Fourth Plenary Session of its Sixteenth Central Committee and stressed the aim of constructing harmonious socialistic society under the guide of scientific view of development. The report of the 17th National People's Congress further pointed out that in the new stage of development continuing to building a well-off society comprehensively, developing Socialism with Chinese characteristics must thoroughly implement the scientific view of development. According to the new demands of new century, new stage and new trends of our society, the ideal society should be democratic and legal, just and fair, trust and friendly, stable and orderly ,harmonious relationship between the human and nature. These basic defining characteristics that are related to each other are to be fully manipulated and embodied in the process of building a comparatively well-off society. We should insist on the thoughts of "Human centralization" and motivate all kinds of positive factors and change the unharmonious state at present according to "five balance" requirements. Finally the good relationship between man and man, man and society, man and nature can be realized and the advancement of human civilization can be achieved. It is not only important to the construction and development but also have a theoretical and practical value effect on the development process of the whole world.This thesis discusses the relationship between scientific view of development and construction of harmonious socialist society from the following four parts. The first part interprets the scientific meaning and the basic characteristics of the scientific view of development and harmonious society. The second part analyzes the consistency that is the same point, of the scientific view of development and the construction of harmonious socialist society from four aspects. Chapter three mainly introduces the difference between the two. The fourth part is a major part of the article. On the basis of the former three parts, it focuses on the dialectical unity relation between the scientific view of development and the construction of harmonious socialist society to sum up the mutual relations between the scientific view of development and harmonious socialist society, in particular the guiding role of scientific view of development to building the harmonious socialist society.
