This thesis is a try to the construction of the rights system of the virtual real right which is a new type of real rights.Firstly, the thesis provides that the virtual real right is a reasonable right. The virtual real right is a result of the development of the real right. And the virtual space is a subsistent space. The logical style of the virtual real right is provided to be true by the social practices. The rule of the virtual real right and the rule of the real right are almost same.Secondly, it proves that the virtual real right is a necessary right. The development of internet needs us to set up the legal rules to normalize it. And it needs civil rules to adjust the virtual property disputes. The way by which we adjust the disputes based on the virtual real right are more suitable than the others.Thirdly, it tries to describe the characters of the virtual real right. The space named net space in which the virtual real right exists is different from the normal space named three-dimensional space. The objects of the virtual real right can be reproduced with lower cost differing from the objects of the normal real right and of the intellectual property right. The subjects of the virtual real property which are different can be the same person in the normal space.Fourthly, it tries to describe the denotation and the characters of the object of the virtual real right. The objects of the virtual real right include the equipments which are used in the internet games, the e-mail boxes, the files of film and music, the electric books, and the software, and so on. And the thesis describes the substances and the usage of the objects.Fifthly, it tries to analyze the common things and the special things between the virtual real right and the normal real right.And at the end of the thesis, it tries to do some research on the relieving of the damage to the virtual real right.
