| In the long-term process of exploration and practice, the Communist Party of China formed a complete and rigorous ideological system to guide the work of the propaganda, which played an extremely important role in various stages of the missions and tasks. These ideas are indispensable elements in the theoretical system of the Chinese journalism and communication disciplines. In the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region, the propaganda institutions of CPC,which are from central to local at all levels, formed a tight and comprehensive network of propaganda, where become the main source of propaganda ideology. Therefore, the study on the propaganda ideology of the Chinese Communists during the period, mainly starts from the propaganda practice of then and there, analyzing its environment, dating back to the origin of thought, in order to better explore the true thought of the CPC's ideology.The thesis discourses from four aspects, which are propaganda management ideology, news propaganda ideology, literature and art propaganda ideology, education propaganda ideology. Firstly, from macroscopic view, the thesis divides the work of propaganda into news propaganda, literature and art propaganda, education propaganda by the interaction of different forms and carriers. On the basis, deeply analyzing the Party's propaganda work documents, the propaganda principles, policies, strategies and practice of the period, as well as considering the political communication environment, the author draws conclusions: how to locate propaganda, how to conduct and what to propaganda. Conclusions are found after study: the CPC's propaganda ideology of the period stressed that all the news, literature and arts, education and other forms must be subordinated to political needs, must become the Party's propaganda tools and carriers and must give service to the Party's realistic task and current work. |
