Therefore, they should have all the rights that ordinary citizens have, according to the legal regulation. In addition , they should also have rights such as the entitlement of teaching resources, fair appraisal and some entity rights ,the rights as well as the statement, the defense, the hearing requests, rights of petition and lawsuit and some procedural rights.To guanrentee the above rights, the following remedy main bodies have great effect. First, the university students are the first main body to resuce their own rights; Second, the university also should conduct the correct role, to become the main body for university students' rights ; Third, Education administrative departments in the central committee and the province (city, autonomous region) must play the positive role and are duty-bound in the university student rights remedy. Four, The People's court must also be able to become the most reliable main body for the university students; Finally but not the last, the university legal remedy organizations inside and outside, each kind of plane, three-dimensional and even the network media will also play the influential role in the university students' rights remedy.In this paper, there are two ways for college students to rescue their rights anticipated and afterwards remedy. Afterwards remedy could divide into must non-lawsuit remedy and the lawsuit remedy.
