Research On The Solution Of High-tech Ethnical Construction From The View Of Network Ethnical Dilemma

The rapid development of Internet technology has triggered a series of ethical problems, which firstly brought the open and pluralistic social structure, meanwhile promoting society and the people a free and comprehensive development; the proliferation of junk information, internet crime, and information distortion take the social and moral construction a very significant negative impact. Indifference network moral, interpersonal alienation, moral conflict, popular moral relativism, and disorder public ethics involve people into contradictory of material plenty and spirit chaos. It is an urgent task to strengthen networks and moral construction, furthermore, to perfect internet legislation and enhance the cultivation of netizens in the spirit of science and culture.In short, the current research on network mainly focuses on the conflict of network technology to traditional ethics, and to probe into various ethical issues caused by network technology with current existing ethnical attitudes. Thus the negative effects of network technology are stressed in general, and the operation of network and its technical application are focused ethnically. However, few people to solve the moral network dilemma from the existing ethical concepts with deep reflection.The author believe that the analysis of the network education, network regulations, and network media with traditional view is key factors to affect the moral network construction are the main factors, while the network issuses are moral issues rootedly. The development of technology and times need us to further think and realize human and its relations so as to ensure the relatively appropriate views on the development of network technology. The main carrier of ethnics is human, which is constist with people's feelings based on our needs. The former phenomenon decides the inner relations between the nature of ethnics and human all-around development. The views on "human" and "human technology" of Marx, Sarton and Maslow profoundly suggest the deep relationships between techonology and ethnics on "the all-around development of human", which bears the essential guiding meanings to analyze today's and other moral dilemma in the high-tech fieldThis paper is composed of four chapters: Chapter one, "the presentation of many ethical network issues", introduce the existence of many network problems from three aspects of internet crime, the moral dilemmas of individual netizens and Internet media. Chapter two, "the exploration of the reasons in moral dilemma", which points out the factors affecting network moral construction from the speciality of the network, the absence of moral education on network, and the unsound network regulations. What's more, the causing source hidden behind the facial fact—"humanity"—is set forth, and tries to find the way to solve the problem on the basis of former theory. Chapter three,"the solution of network ethnical ", based on the theory in second chapter put forward the countermeasurs respectively. Chapter four, "Enlightenment of network ethnical construction on the current high-tech ethical network construction", points out there is an essential solving path on many ethical issues in current high-tech areas such as network ethics, environmental ethics, bioethics, public healthy ethics, which belongs to technology issues. That is to strengthen the integration of science and humanity, to improve the human all-around development.
