The Research Of Problems On Mechanism In The Community Direct Election

Direct elections of urban communities neighborhood is an important form of grassroots democracy in China. In recent years the municipal election has been in an important position. Compaired to the pasted community's neighborhood committee, as well as indirectly elected representatives households elections, which has made substantial progress.And the urban grass-roots democratic system still exist a certain gap compairing to the requirements. Direct elections of neighborhood committees in the pilot communities, there are still many problems in its operating mechanism. In the text, I try to analysis of the issues of the actual mechanisms that exists in the direct elections of urban neighborhood communities,as to explore the view which may better direct community election mechanism.In the text, there are four chapters. The first chapter is introduction, which Main topics are on the origin and research experience, there were the problems that existed in the election carding between village committees in rural areas and urban communities in the neighborhood, and the relationship between the community's neighborhood committee election system and the concept of direct elections. Chapter II is the case study on the community's neighborhood committee Overview description of the electoral process. Direct election process is divided into preparation, propaganda, and the implementation of the election, the establishment of the establishment and check acceptance stage, and analysising of the election results and the successful experiences of a preliminary. Chapter III is on the basis of the second chapter case to study, the mechanism of the community directly elected operation mode and the problems conducted a comprehensive analysis of, the electoral system of the main community in the formulation, implementation phases of the operation mechanism of the elections conducted a detailed analysis.
