| With the further development of politics and economy of the modern society,competitive sports career is becoming increasingly prosperous,and the commercialization and industrialization of sports is gradually becoming bright and clear.However,together with the development and commercialization of competitive sports,competitive sports crime is coming up in the modern society at the same time.As a new type of crime,competitive sports crime has inevitably polluted social environment and brought damages to our national sports career.This article defines the conception of crime action of sports, and expounds respectively some typical criminal behaviors frequently happened in the competitive sports circles such as"soccer fraud,"evil referee","using of exciter","violence in competitive sports field",of sports brokers'operations against competition. regulations and gambling on competitive sports.Analyses the reasons why that happens, interprets the precaution and the recent condition of sports crime action nowadays, and gives some concerned suggestion.In short,through general research on competitive sports crime,the emphasis of this article is to point out the precautionary plans and specific measures,thereby suppressing the occurrence of this kind of criminal behavior from the very beginning,as preventing a crime has more social value and significance than punishing a crime. |
