A Research On Logical Thinking Of Genghis Khan's Code

In this thesis, general statements have been made on the structure of the contents of Genghis Khan's Code which is shown through logical interconnection of the title, historical process from its birth to perfection and its Yoson , Bilig , Jarlig , Soyuhal .Then, by analyzing its articles , logical thinking of the Great Yasa is regarded as the way of thinking which is established on the concepts, such as, Country, Civilians, Family, Nation, Yoson, Yasa, Aldal and Soyuhal, etc, and embodied in the Great Mongolia; Yoson on Family and Nation; civilians' behavior law, so as to conduct an initial research on the three categories: logical reasoning on the relations of three right subjects of the Great Mongolia, namely, Horldai, Khan, Civilian; logical analogy on Family and Nation which are reflected in the decimal system, systematical thinking involved in Three-Tumen Strategy and Yoson on Family and Nation; double-directional thinking of Aldal and Soyuhal shown in civilians' behavior law.
