In the 20^th century,Party Politics becomes a kind of more and more widespread existent international political phenomenon.After the former Soviet Union disintegrates,Russia political transition problem,particularly among the transition of party politics problem,has been be subjected to a widespread concern.So far, Russia Party Politics is gradually of mature,this provides condition for us to study objectively this problem.The main contents of the transition of Russia Party Politics from a party system of the Soviets to many parties system of the western type.Russia's many parties system founded,which is signed to experience gradually a process from confusion to standard and legalization.The period of Putin government,the promulgation and implement of the Party Law,makes parties' activities walk towards legal orbit,parties have larger effect than ever in the national political life.
