The Research About Administrative Values' Historical Process And Development Trendency In Comtemporary China

Since the found of our new China, some profound changes have taken place in the administrative practice in our government. Administrative value in our government goes through continuous evolutions. Under this occasion , only if we use systematical way of thinking ,carry out historical and logical standpoint, can we cutely observe the impact and influence which are caused by the governmental management innovation upon to the administrative value, can we deeply grasp the basic trend of current China's administrative value My paper will make the research based on this consideration.This paper consists of four parts: in the first part, a brief introduction to the origin of the selective topic, and then put forward the research fragment, methods, creativities on the basis of analyzing the background, significance of the selective topic, evaluating the research achievement of Chinese administrative value at home and in abroad. The second part, mainly deals with the development process of administrative value in current China. Chinese administrative values are divided into three periods. And deeply analyzes are provided for the historical conditions, basic contents, times characteristics of every period. The third part concludes and generalizes the basic development characteristics of administrative value in our current China. The basic characteristics of Chinese administrative value are divided into four points on the basis of clearing the development process of Chinese administrative value. Hard-core illustrations are made for every characteristic. The last part explores and analyzes the development trend and the reshape channel of Chinese administrative value in new period.
