The issue of truth has always shined bright in the long course of the development of human beings, "Philosophy" would be interpreted as "love wisdom" in the Western philosophy from the beginning to the end. So it has always been a subject of great concern to philosophers. In this paper, I comparatively analyze Marx and Heidegger's Truth to find out their links and distinction, discover the positive factors of their theory and consult its value. The premise of Heidegger's truth view is the "existence", he considered that only the existence of truth is original truth, the nature of truth is "off-cover", which definitely form is "no-cover", and "dasein" is the guardian of truth, the truth reveal itself through the "works of art", because only in the works the antagonism between shelter and off-cover can be saved. Marx think the essence of truth is "practice", the practice is the premise of the theory of Truth, its main problem is the unity of the object and subject. This kind of the unity is the dynamic unity of the realistic people and the reality .The dynamic unity is realistic in a certain extent, under certain conditions. Heidegger and Marx pursue the truth from different starting premise and break the theory of knowledge's limitation that traditionally accord with the Truth. In their view, "absolute truth" is merely an ideal, the real truth is a form of development process, rather than a static, immutable, determined theoretical system. They recognize the relations of human being with the world from a new perspective, to solve the limitation of the opposition of the subject and object in the course of pursuer the truth.
