Many scholars believe that the substance of the deterioration of Sino-Soviet Relations is the "National Interests Battle Concealed by Ideology difference". It's true, but we should think it in a different way, such as what kind of role does the ideology play in Sino-Soviet Relations? Should we neglect the function of ideology in the relationship among different nations? Obviously, in order to make the relationship among different nations more health, it's essential for us to summarize some rule of the function.National interest is the critical factor that must be considered during the diplomatic intercourse, and ideology is the necessary component of national interest, so we can easily deduce that ideology must play a certain role in the relationship among nations. I try to conclude the rule that the ideology play in the relationship among nations just through analyzing the theory of ideology and the deteriorated history of Sino-Soviet Relations. As a result, I believe we should use a rational way to recognize the function of ideology, and we should use it more scientific. We should not throw it away simply. On the contrary, we should pay more attention to research how to use it effectively. Ideology should be variegated. Undoubtedly, a competitive and persuasive ideology should be more mutual which can make the relationship among nations more harmonious.
