Comparison And Research About China And Vietnam Construction Of A Clean And Honest Administrsation In New Stage

A Clean and Honest Administration, which is the antithesis of corruption, is an old and new issue. Nowadays with the globalization of the world economy, corruption is the public enemy which hinders the development of mankind and society and it will pull down the whole effort of the social development. So anti-corruption and the construction of a Clean and Honest Administration have become the world-wide issue and it has drawn on the attention of the whole world. So do socialist China and Vietnam.Since the reform and open to the outside (Vietnam called it"the innovation and open to the outside"), the socialist construction of China and Vietnam have obtained great achievement. However, the two countries also face the same problem on the road of the socialist construction: the existence and the spread of corruption affect the development of economy and stability of and society seriously. In the process of comparison, it analyzes the experience and lesson of anti-corruption of the two countries and discusses the two countries'construction of a Clean and Honest Administration which can be learned from each other. Lastly, by the comparison of the two countries'construction of a Clean and Honest Administration, this thesis obtains that the Ruling party of socialist nations must regard clean government and anti-corruption as the most important event and combating corruption is an important part of socialist nations'exploring the road of construction. Socialist nations'anti-corruption must embody in the construction of the Party and they should also learn from each other on the new thinking and methods of socialist anti-corruption.
