The Modern Value And Evaluation Of Legalists Thinking Of Law

China's traditional culture is long and splendid, and the Legalists was considered as one of the most important school. The whole theory can be said to be rich in content and profound in thinking. Its value is extensive, many of which should be developed and summarized. This paper mainly analyzes from the following aspects of the Legalists thinking: First, this paper introduces the Legalists theory,through displaying the original face of Legalists theory as far as possible rather than according to the author's thinking to arbitrary explication. On this basis, this paper mainly focuses on the philosophy of Legalism and strives to explore the orderly understanding of the Legalists and seek the truth from facts,rightly using the correct Legalists strategy to analyze the rule of Legalists and the thought of Legalists, besides going deep to its reference to the development of the contemporary society. In the same time, the paper evaluates the Legalists thinking: it is neither simply confirmed nor simply denied, basing on realistic, dividing one side into two sides to analyze and evaluate, trying hard to speak justifiably and do things equitably.
