Research On The CPC Launched A Campaign Of Socialist Education In Countryside During The Time Of People's Commune

During the time of People' s Commune, the CPC launched a campaign of socialist education, with the purpose of overcoming the ideology of small farmers and safegurding the smooth progress of the people' s commune, and integrating the resources, reinforcing the heavy industry constuction, propel ing the national economy' s supernormal development as well. At the same time, the campaign also plays the role of stablizing the rural authorities, promoting communist beliefs and realizing the social value' s conformity. The CPC educated the people in four aspects through the ways of meeting , media and working teams, which in details means to push on communist in system , to strengthen class struggle in politics and establish the sense of worshipping the leaders, to reinforce the the education of collectivism , socialism and communism in ideology, to attract farmers to take part in the commune movement with the grasping of famers' psychology of seeking equality and wealth. However, this edcuation campaign with the main methods of carring out class struggle and political camaign, produced a series of negative influences, which manifested in the follwing aspects: ossifying famers' thoughts, constrainting the development of productive forces, making the human relations distorted in rural areas , vulgarizing the communism and activating the prevailing of equalitarianism. In the process of building new socialist countryside, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to sum up the experiences and lessons the CPC did in carring out the socialist education in the rural areas.
