Research On The French Honest Government System

With the theory of Marxist law, politics, and the method of comparative studies, The article inspected the theoretical foundation of the French honest government system, the main prop, the system and the practice, and has explored the relevant theoretical and practical problems.The article is divided into four chapters: first chapter, elaborated the French honest government system on the basis of the theory, is the main power control and supervision of operations at the core of "separation of powers of checks and balances," "people's sovereignty" and "social supervision" theory.
