Compare Study On The Systems Of Civil Litigation Expenses

The system of civil litigation expenses is an organic part of the whole civil litigation. It has a special status and role, and directly relates to the exertion of civil parties'right,the burden of litigation costs and the justice basis of judicial system. So, it has a significant role in judicial system and practice. As the rules of charging litigation expenses always change, their content and structure become very complex and complicated. Along with the society development and the deepening of judicial system reform, more and more deficiency appears. So, perfecting the system of civil litigation expenses of China is very imperative under the situation satisfying the need of civil litigation system on solving dispute and protecting citizens'rights.This article mainly reviews the theoretical basis of some systems on civil litigation expenses, makes a compare study on different systems in different countries and regions. Then the author explores the reasons why so many problems come out in our civil litigation expenses system.
