Nowadays our country is in social development key periods,and has more conflicts. Performing the effective prevention and the management to the Public Organization's internal conflict of our country is advantageous in the enhancement organization achievements and promoting organization's development and the consummation thus make it exercise and manage the social public affairs and offer the important function of the public service better. The article takes the Public Organization's internal conflict of our country as object of study. First summary conflict basic concept, summarized the four basic characteristics of understanding conflict's meaning, and understands the Public Organization's internal conflict of our country by the meaning. Above this foundation, analyzes the Public Organization's internal conflict of our country the present situation. Then discusses the series reasons of the Public Organization's internal conflict of our country, proposed the basic strategies manage the Public Organization's internal conflict of our country.Firstly, prevent conflict. Through constructing fairly, harmony, high efficiency are key value of organizing culture; Implement the human-oriented management idea and office procedure; Reform the public organization and realize the scientific process of organizational management; Reform the public organization and realize the scientific process of organizational management; Set up effective incentive mechanism and performance and assess the mechanism etc., to prevent conflicts effectively, and reduce the emergence of the conflict. Secondly, treat dominant conflict happening suddenly. Through avoiding, consultation, Third-party regulation, organizational leadership at the higher levels ruling in accordance with laws and regulations, make dominant conflict happening suddenly in the effective management. Thirdly, effectively use the conflict in the public organization.Establish the correct idea that realize conflict, and promote the organizational change with the constructive conflict. Conflict management does not lie in totally suppressing and eliminating the conflict, but lie in distinguishing conflict type first, and then decide tactics and way of management conflict.Pass such management strategies, and make the Public Organization's internal conflict of our country being prevented and managed effectively. Improve it's the main function that manage social public affairs and offer of the public service, and achieve the goal of maintaining, realizing and developing all public's benefit of society.
