Today, the charity is supposed to have an in-depth and sustained expansion with people′s admiration, so as to run more contributions to society.With the convening of the 16th CPC National Congress, building a harmonious society turns into our party's an important goal. The fourth conference of the Congress has further proposed to build the harmonious socialist mandate and the main content clearly.
