Space Weaponization And National Security Of China

As the advancement of science and technology, many countries, in the environment of changing international relations, are accelerating their paces to space weaponization. This trend cannot be reversed and will inevitably exert the great impact on the national security of China. Therefore, it is necessary and significant to conduct the research on this field.This thesis depicts the history and the present situation of space weaponization on the basis of the definition of its related concepts. In addition, the reason for the emergence of space weaponization is also focused from the aspects of national interests, war form, power structure and arms control. Then, from the aspects of challenges and opportunities, the impact of space weaponization on the national security is discussed in detail. The last part focuses on the advices and suggestions about the application of space weaponization from four aspects.
