A Study Of Cadet Corps Management Mode Innovation At CAPF Elementary Command College

At 21^st century, for fulfilling the historical tasks of being capable of winning war and never degenerating, improving the quality of educating military officers becomes a critical task of all military colleges including CAPF command college.Being the basic unit of CAPF college, cadet corps are important. Improving its management quality is a major task at building good quality CAPF college and will have a direct influence on cadets' educating. This thesis pay much attention to study how to innovate the cadet corps management mode while analyzing disadvantages of the conventional management mode. Meanwhile, along with learning student management experience from domestic and foreign colleges, we also try to workd out the basic process, principle and method on how to innovate the cadet corps management mode at CAPF elementary command college. At last, we study a case of jinan CAPF command college.
