Research On Relations Between New Social Class And Harmonious Society

Constructing the socialist harmonious society is a significant task put forward by the Communist Party of China from the perspectives of building a comprehensive well-off society and initiating the socialist cause with China's characteristics. It is also a necessity of deeply implementing the Scientific Development Outlook and reflects the essential nature of China's characteristic socialism. Reports on the 16^th CPC National Congress pointed out that "we must make full use of all positive factors to make contributions to the Chinese nation's great revival". Reports on the 17^th CPC National Congress which was newly closed stressed that the socialism harmonious society required all social strata should co-live harmoniously and make joint efforts. The new social class together with the workers, the farmers, the intellectual, the cadre and the People's Liberation Army officers all belong to the constructors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, which requires us to encourage the new social class to devote themselves actively to China's modernization.This article begins with the theories related to the new social class and the socialist harmonious society, analyses comprehensively the inner links between the two parts, and finally find out the feasible ways on how to well guide the new social class to play crucial roles in the construction process of China's harmonious society. The article is intended to bring forward some innovation ideas which may have some active impacts on constructing the socialist harmonious society.
