Issued from 1994 " national civil servant's examination temporary provisions ", by 2006 since " public servant law of the People's Republic of China " was implemented, the regional governments at all levels of our country have done a large number of element tasks in civil servant's performance examination, having obtained certain achievement, but a lot of problems exist. Nowadays, the Party and government propose the idea that " scientific development view ", " construct the harmonious society "etc. are in power, so, examine and have extremely strong realistic meanings to do the positive research on academy in civil servant's performance, this not only can solve some problems in practical operation, can also make civil servant's performance appraisal system contain the new era content.This text analyzes the theory as the foundation with motivational theory of the performance, new public management theory, strategic management theory, hierarchical structure, mainly adopt the literature to study the law, centralized synthetic method, survey and study research approaches such as the law, questionnaire law, counting the analytic approach, equilibrating card law of scoring, key achievement following, level analytic approach, examination law of 360 degrees ,etc. on the spot, the theory gives consideration to practice, adopt data and chart to carry on research. The thesis is divided into six parts.The first part is an introduction; Second part for achievement sinspection related theory; The third part for our country official achievements inspection development and the present situation, take the history as the vein to our country ancient times, the early years of the new nation, and the present our country official achievement sinspection situation has made the summary; The fourth part is to the Jizhou city official achievements inspection present situation analysis.
