At the same time, the functions of all kinds of social organizations are challenged by new separation and reasonable definition. As an important creation of the organization and system out of the market and nation system, the NPO takes a great role in promoting administration reform, providing public goods, pushing social welfare and realizing social harmonious during the public management process. So the development of NPO, one of the significant worldwide trends, has become an important strength to support the situation occupied by government, market, society. However, being confronted with many problems, development of those organizations in china is very difficult its function has not been fully exerted In order m achieve the further progress, government, society as well as non-profit organizations themselves should cooperate together to solve the current problems lying ahead of them.NPO is a fresh thing in the academia. As for NPO research, study in the sociology realm is also a new-born face, and it's being placed in the stage of growth. The NPO research of our country began in 1980's, all need the quest in the aspects of theories and practicing regardless with perfect. Exactly under such scholarship background, according to the concrete demand of the practice, this text which bases on NPO present condition of our country of social transformation, in well recounting west NPO theoretical foundation, combining Chinese NPO fact, puts forward that in the social transformation period Chinese NPO development path choice.The essay tries to summarize the development of NPO in our country from both aspects of theory and practice. On this basis, the author finds out several subject matters of restricting development of nonprofit organization of our country at present, and then puts forward choosing strategy of reconstructing NPO in china.The fifth is the tentative plan and the model of NPO that is researched on the basis of the present conditions and the developing impetus. According to the condition of our country and foreign experience, we design and explain the feasibility of the tentative plan and the model for embeddedness of NPO in China favorably.Finally, due to being restricted by the politics, economy and various kinds of other social conditions, the reconstruction and embeddedness of NGO in our country will be a long-term course .It needs the participation including strength of each side as government, the public, colony of nonprofit organization, etc.. More important, it needs to look for the pattern and way to suit our country's actual conditions on the basis of summarizing constantly.
