The Study Of The Community Event

With the deepening of reform and the expanding of opening, the social and economic structures of China are experiencing a great and deep-going change. Contradictions between different beneficial parties, between new systems and old systems as well as between new viewpoints and old viewpoints abruptly appear. This paper argues that effective prevention and control groups event, it should be taken from the following aspects: (1) improve the group incidents of relevant legislation; (2) economic development, deepening reform;(3) improve the income distribution mechanism; (4) establishing a sound social security system; (5) provide for the social discontent normal venting channels; (6) a sound mechanism to resolve social contradictions; (7) changes in style, and reasonable disposition.The innovative part of this essay lies in its close ties with the new feature and the new trend of China's group event which has reflected the unique casuality, the inevitability and the regularity.It carries on the analysis from the social contradictory intrinsic change's essential factor and the realistic social external suggestion factor to its origin.It ponders how to handled the community event by the law innovation and the social management.
