with the development of economy and society,more and more social problems reveal such as unemploment, uneven distribution of wealth and so on which hinder the advantage of socialism system. Hence,to construct a socialist harmonious society becomes the impoirtant task for all of us. Democracy ,fairness justice,honety friendliness,fulling of energy,stability and the harmony between human and nature consist of the such kind of society. As the most important practical part, the government undoubtedly plays a principal role in this great systematic project. There are three particular purposes:i.To further study the logical relation between constructing harmonious society and government intervence to offer the theoretics support for government.ii.To analyse the prolmes of the government intervence nowadays to offer experience and lesson for government under harmonious society construction.iii.On the basis of practice, putting forward some effiective measures.This thesis gets great havest,importantly from theory and practice by using systemic study,portait contrast and so on.It will offer some singnificative suggestions.
