The Research On The Measuring And The Influence Factors Of The Cadet's Spirit Of Sacrificing To National Defense

The spirit of sacrificing to national defense is an essential quality for the new type military talents. It's also the PLA Headquarters' ultimate requirement to the Cadet. Therefore wo must make efforts to nurture the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to national defense. In order to nurture the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to national defense,we need to know the status of the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to national defense and the influence factors from theory firstly.Then the countermeasures of nurturing the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to national defense on the basis of the influence factors will be more operational and feasibility. This study measures the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to national defense from the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to military career, the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to work in grass roots, the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to work in frontier and the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to national war by the statistical techniques of Project Analysis, Validity Analysis and Reliability Analysis based on extensive investigations; using the simple description of statistical techniques to describe the status of the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to national defense; using Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis to establish the equation model of the influence factors of the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to national defense and identifying the relevant factors; last but not least, suggesting some countermeasures of nurturing the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to national defense based on the influence factors.This study is the first exploration of the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to national defense firstly and achieves some research results. Firstly this study develops a high reliability and validity scale of the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to national defense. Secondly we grasp the status of the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to national defense more accurately by this study.Thirdly this study establishes an equation of the influence factor of the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to national defense by the dependent variable of the scale. Last but not least, it suggests some new countermeasures of nurturing the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to national defense based on the influence factors. This study provides theoretical support on nurturing the cadet's spirit of sacrificing to national defense.It suggests new ideas and new methods to the quantitative research of the military ideological and political education; it is also useful for strengthening the scientific and effective natures of the military ideological and political education.
