| The equality of feminine participating in government is of great significance,which is not only the symbol of our country politics civilization construction,but also the basic goal of the sustainable development and the crucial factor of realizing the sustainable development.Taking the Public Management Theory as the instruction and basing upon the reality of the development of Chinese nowadays society,this thesis analyzes the current situation,the tendency and the main problems of the feminine equal participating in government.Through constructing the factor model of restricting the feminine equal participating in government,this thesis proves the core restriction factor is the policy mechanism.The thesis analyzes the four primary factors based on the above foundation,which influence the feminine equal participating in government:some unreasonable factors in policy design,the influence of traditional conception and social prejudice,the load of dual role in both enterprise and family and certain inferiority in both physiological and psychological.This thesis elaborates three important measures which can advance the development and consummate the mechanism of the feminine equal participating in government.Firstly,it is essential to positively build the good environment which is advantageous to the feminine growth and the equality participating in government.Secondly,great importance must be attached to the feminine cadre's education and raise.Thirdly,we must diligently enhance the consciousness and ability of the feminine participating in government.In the end,this thesis proposes three policy suggestionson advancing the development to the feminine participating in government basing on the analysis of the situation and the restriction factors of the feminine participating in government.
