Due to the new information environment which is from communicated and flexible Internet, the original society is reflected on the Internet again, and then formed new changes and feasibilities of network in our daily life. The network culture can be understood,as a new culture style existed in the virtual environment. Here comes up a new problem: how to regularize the on-line games,which is suited in the core of the Internet?The games are entertainments , which are only for simple enjoyment, but the difference between on-line games and other games is the growth of on-line games and it can record your results in network virtual space. Therefore,if comparing with these two kinds of games, you'll find that PC games can be play for only once,but it is possibility for the players if it's online anytime and satisfy one's desires which are deflected to its original purpose. Thus,on-line games bring plenty of social problems,which don't just happen to the individuals, but turn the whole social environment more and more deformed.While the legal problems turn up,the legal survey is required to be done on the on-line games. The social influence of on-line games causes the further demand on both society and psychological study. The on-line games build a society for chatting and entertainments itself,and the social problems have been transferred. The interactions between different players make different related social phenomenon appeared.In a word, the purpose of this survey is to understand which kind of legal terms can be applied to regularize the problems on Internet.
