| How to strengthen political legitimacy construction, and remold our political authority is an hot issue of political scholars of China in recent years . This paper mainly researches political legitimacy from the perspective view of law and tries to find out the inherent mechanisms how political legitimacy gernerating and continuing .The author thinks that we should follow the law to strengthen our political legitimacy construction. This paper consists three main parts :The first part discussed the implication and functions of political legitimacy. The political legitimacy is a politics elementary sentence, also always is Western educational world research hot topic . Reviewing the research about political legitimacy of Western scholar, it is not difficult to find that the theories of western political legitimacy can be broadly divided into three mainstream legitimacy thinking, which are normative legitimacy theory and empirical legitimacy theory between which there is clearly tension, and the Habeimasi's reconstructed legitimacy theory which attempted to diminish the tension between the former two theories. Political legitimacy is a concept about the relationship of domination and obedience between the political system and the public . From the essence, political legitimacy means the voluntary acceptance ,support and obedience that the political system acquairs from the public, which are based on the public's own theoretical understanding . Political legitimacy not only can help the political system to consolidate and extend their domination , but also can promote social progress .The second part analysised the Characteristics of political legitimacy . Political legitimacy is a dynamic evolutionary process . Its base is historical , and at the same time , the base has ethnic diversity. Political legitimacy resources is always in depletion and needs to be supplied constantly. The basis of political legitimacy is a system composed of multiple resources .Political legitimacy originate from the positive interaction between the political system and the public.The third part elaborated that we should follow the Characteristics of political legitimacy to strengthen our political legitimacy construction. Guided by the Characteristics of political legitimacy of legitimacy, we should strengthen our political construction with innovating mainstream ideology, promoting the basis of legitimacy to transit from the historical legitimacy to the reality legitimacy, choicing the model of legitimacy rationally from the national conditions , and safeguarding the interests of the public in order to realize the positive interaction between the political system and the public. |
