Make the civil reconciliation system perfectly is very important for the judicial harmonious.Our civil law system also provides reconciliation, but it too shabby, only 11 short of a provision words, it is difficult to cover all the contents of their due. Thus, it's not only chaotic in theory, but also difficult in the practice of operation, that's result that China's legal settlement system"congenital weak", the function can't be full and effective play and it can't meet the modern market economy conditions'needs.
