Recently, a report of the investigation of"index of work burnout"in china claimed that, 54.9% out of the interviewee showed work burnout, which meant that the office-bearer was the the most severely group on job burnout.264 office-bearers were investigated on a revised inventory of job burnout ,source of job burnout, and outcome of job burnout used initially for official-bearer of the communication system. And a correlation study and the current status of the interviewee were operated. It indicated in this paper that official-bearers in communication department endured severe outcomes of burnout with a performance of apartness, no passion, no faith, void and vacuity.The sufferer always felt unavoidable depression. They performed a status of subhealthy, no appetite, bad quality of sleeping, lacking of energy, decreased work efficiency, slow action, distracted attention, and declined memory. They greatly relied on the leaders of the department without any competence.The sufferers commonly seemed to be calm, however, they lacked of enterprise, accomplishment, and be satisfied with the current status. Factors of job burnout were mainly about job load , job environment, families, social support, and job copings. Conclusions were as follows,1. The analysis of the inventories of interviewee in communication systems showed good differential validity, and reliability.2. There was a gender differences in the dimension of emotion burnout with higher levels in female; the levels of job burnout also differed by the status of marry; finally headships and education levels also influenced the job burnout.3. A stepwise regression analysis was recruited probe the relationship between the burnout sources and job burnout, job burnout and the outcomes. The job environment and job stress together predicted the emotion burnout, while social separately predicted the decreasing of accomplishment.4. Emotion burnout predicted the psychological and physiological outcomes of burnout, while Emotion burnout also predicted the behavior outcomes together with the decreasing of accomplishment.
