Researches On The Legislation Of The Circular Economy

Circular economic legislation is significant for the reform of the traditional model of economic development, the development cycle of the economy, improving the shortage of resources, environmental degradation and other phenomena, the full implementation of the sustainable development strategy. In addition to an overview paper documents, introduction and conclusion, this article has five parts:The first part, analysis of the legislative foundation areas of circular economy. My analysis of the economic cycle and the status of the legislative system defects in a cycle of economic and legal system of our country made some recommendations.Based on the former parts, the conclusion points out that legislation, which is to maintain the cutting edge of legislation and can not be separated from its "law" nature.
