In this case, it is unwise to negate the value of trial by default procedure. So, in order to get coordinate fair and lawsuit efficiency, we should construct the system of criminal trial by default on the basis of using the advanced legislation experience of other countries for reference. In addition to this, we should design it in terms of subject of trial by default, proper situations, suitable procedure and relief measure according to concrete conditions of our country. |
