In recent years, with the constant promotion of the urbanization, ourcountry has appeared a special society community--the farmers losingland. They are neither farmers nor citizens, and they can only survive between the cities and the countries, which causing a series of serious social problems. Therefore, the study on how to settle farmers losing land appropriately and solve their difficulties, how to make them share the material and spiritual civilization which was caused by the urbanization is of significant importance to planning overall urban and rural development, as well as to implementing the ambitious objection of an all-round well-off society.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter, the introduction, introduces the background and significance of the selected topic, outlines the research condition about the problems of farmers losing land at home and abroad, finally makes the illustration about the main research contents and approaches.The second chapter analyzes the formation mechanism of farmers losing land in the process of urbanization. It analyzes the formation mechanism mainly from the aspects of the expansion of the urban landuse scale, land system, the present achiecements inspection system and finance and taxation system, ect.The third chapter analyzes the settlement pattern of farmers losing land in Wuhu city. It introduces the essential procedures and achievements of this settlement pattern, and analyzes its disadvantages.The fourth chapter researches on the perceptions of farmers losing land in Wuhu city. On the basis of on-the-spot survey, it mainly analyzes the appraisal towards life of farmers losing land after land requisition, the appraisal and improvement request of farmers losing land towards land expropriation.The fifth chapter, first introduces some procedures about the settlement of farmers losing land in several developed countries, then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the settlement pattern of farmers losing land by referring to the successful experiences of other countries and combining with the analysis in chapter above. |
