| This text is trying to research into the system of Wujinxiong's Natural Law, the relationship between its mentality and Christianism Natural Law, relevancy to Rudolf Stammler, Holmes and Roscoe Pound's law think and trying to understand how to exceed oriental and western think based on Chinese traditional think through reading up of this book.. Based on the above, this text is also trying to research into the relationship between Wujinxiong's Natural Law and ancient and traditional Greek Natural Law, the relationship between Modern Natural Law and Natural Law revival Athletics. As the extend of Wujinxiong's Natural Law, this text will try to research into the influence of Chinese tradition especially the Natural Law of Earlier Qing Dynasty and new age to the revival of valuable civilization precious deposits.The first part of this paper mainly is bases with reading to "Legal Philosophy Research", inquires to find the essence and the comfortable logic of Wu Jingxiong'natural law thought.
