Define basic problems of public confidence force of judicature. First, we define judicature is the behavior of judicial organizations and judges implementing judicial power. Second, public confidence force is analyzed by analyzing public, trust and power step by step. Third, connotation and characteristics of public confidence force of judicature have been concluded by absorbing and using the information and method home and abroad for reference. Fourth, analyzing the relationship of public confidence force of judicature and authority, they show the real status of judicature from different aspects: public confidence force of judicature emphasizes pubic feeling, and judicial authority emphasize implement.Chapter 2. Explain the structure of public confidence force of judicature. Judicial justice, efficiency and belief compose the foundation of public confidence force of judicature. They supplement and interact with each other. Judicial justice is judicial trust's value nous element, judicial efficiency is its tool nous element, and judicial belief is its believing element.
