Only through the research of process itself, can we fundamentally understand the current system itself."--- which is also right in the subject this paper focuses on.In China, the conception of"financial regulation"consists of interior regulation and exterior regulation. the definition of interior regulation is about the audit of the financial institutions itself mainly, it's a system of interior manipulation in financial institutions. On the other hand, we could make the difference between society regulation and government regulation according to the administrative character in exterior regulation. This paper pay more attention and analysis to the government regulation through the study of The People's Bank Of China, China Insurance Regulatory Commission(CIRC), China Securities Regulatory Commission(CSRC), China Banking Regulatory Commission(CBRC). The important content of this paper is about the constitution, the development, the limitation and the improvement of those above, attemptting to reveal the current status of financial administrative regulation in China.The current system established of financial administrative regulation in China is"separate regulation", which is an important and new issue which concerns the connection between the theory and the practice. It also have a positive and deep influence on the efficiency of financial regulation.Also, we need to pay more attention to the phenomena of appearance about"mixed- management", which brought lots of problems in financial administrative regulation. The conflict and compatibility of the choice about supervisal system need to be focused on definitely.As far as it goes, the exertion of administrative power in financial regulation should be canonical, transparent and efficient. It's expected that the improvement of financial administrative regulation will be an aspect of the embodiment of the nomocracy, the democratic government and the efficient government, what's more, which is the significance of my paper absolutely.
