A Basic Theory Study On Professional Players' Association In China

This dissertation mainly analyzed the necessity of establishing the players' association and its' theory. Basing on the current situation of common union in Chinese enterprise, union laws, as well as professional sports league in China and the co-existence between the professional sports league and players' association, this dissertation analyzed the influence factors of forming players' union and its' principle, quality and function. Then it put forward the development route of our country's players' association: three different models of players' association, and explained them. And the article raised the oughtness model of our players' association and discussed it's inner and outer forming conditions. According to above analysis, the dissertation provided the quasi-professional sports league model players' association and the first conception of establishing it. The primary conclusions of the research have followed:(1) Players' association is indispensability for the development of the professional sports;(2) The current phase and the mechanism of China is the basic limitation of establishing the oughtness model of players' association in China;(3) The qualities and the functions of players' association: it is an essential factor of professional sports league structure and a special union organization. And it's function must be expanded on the four basic functions of common union;(4) the oughtness model of players' association need the support of objective conditions, including the running of professional sports league and consummating the laws;(5) the quasi- professional sports league model players' association is the rudiment of the oughtness model players' association, and we must mend our pace to establishing the rudiment.
