Discussions On Improving And Perfecting The Industrial Injury Insurance System In China

This thesis was developed with discussions on the importance of perfecting the industrial injury insurance system from work safety angle, as well as analysis on current issues that occurred in the existing industrial injury insurance system. With reference to developed countries in legislation experience in this area, together with my own working experience in safety management, a detailed discussion was made on perfecting the system in an integration concept of precaution, recovering and compensation. In terms of precaution, the thesis initiatively suggested such systems as accident precaution outlay, punishable compensation relief system, refund and bonus system. In terms of legislation, suggestions were made to enlarger the insurance coverage, to further define the industrial injury, to increase compensation standard, to decide application time limit for industrial injury recognition, to set up professional recovering system, and to improve the insurance system and management system.
