On Construction Of Internal Supervision System Of The Communist Party Of China

The report of the 16th National Congress of the Party pointed out that the system ofinner-Party supervision must be perfected continuously. To this request as a guide, onDee 31_st,2003, CPC Central Committee promulgated formally a document, The TrialRegulations of Internal Supervision of the Communist Party of China, which, as the firstheavy law of supervision in the Party, highlights the inner-Party supervision system andputs ten kinds of practice in the form of fixed system at the first time.And thepromulgation of the document is a major move to show that CPC Central Committeeattaches great importance to the inner-Party supervision system. Nowadays, enhancingthe construction of the inner-Party supervision system is a big issue concerning theprocess of the construction of Socialist political civilization and Socialist democratization.Therefore, this article starts with the concept of the inner-Party supervision system. First,the article points out that the history and the reality of the Party require to enhance theconstruction of the inner-Party supervision system. Second, this article analysis deeply thenecessity and urgency on enhancing the construction of the inner-Party supervisionsystem from the angle of the Party's history and reality. And on both bases, the articlediscusses how to enhance and perfect the construction of the inner-Party supervisionsystem.
