Reengineering And Promoting The Ability Of Township Government

As economy, policy, culture and society develops, people require more for government's high ability. The administrative ecological environment which governments face day by day also become complex. As the end level in our country political power level structure, township governments directly face vast countryside areas, they are the related bridges and links between the government relation and masses in country area. In agricultural tax era, the township government as a direct charge of the agricultural tax played an important role in gathering wealth for our country, keeping the good order and increasing local financial revenue, to a certain extent Contributed to the development of rural economy. Simultaneously it also exposes many issues and insufficiencies, it often faces all kinds of dilemma and reforming challenges during the reform and open policy years more than 20. The socialism new rural construction stage's arrival has brought opportunities and the challenges for the township government. The township government is pushed towards the front-line of developing the countryside area and solving the "three agriculture" issues. Under current administrative ecological environment, we not only can not abolish the township government, but also must further strengthen the power and authority of township government and positively create all kinds of conditions to promote and reengineer its ability again. We should make it play leading goat's role on the path of socialism new rural construction. The socialism new rural construction provide a great opportunity to the township government ability promotion. The township government should contribute to the projects of socialism new rural construction and the harmonious countryside-making by promoting and enhancing the service capacity.
