As a new affair, E-commerce makes a lot of legal problems. It is a big restriction that damaging customers'rights and interests from E-commerce. It is important to solving the legal problems.This paper has five chapters, which the first chapter discusses the concept and kind of E-commerce and two kinds of E-commerce. The second chapter, the third chapter and fourth chapter discuss the difficulties of customers'rights and interests protection on C to C though two kinds ways, lawsuit and not lawsuit. When customers select sale man as defendant, the difficulties of customers'rights and interests protection on C to C include the application of domination, the high cost of customers'rights and interests protection and the ambiguity of sale man's information, the limit of compensation's capability on the sue of the breaching of faith or the tort of customers'rights and interests. When customers select web station as defendant, because of the absent of the laws about E-commerce, it is difficult to make it true that web station's rights and duties. The third chapter discusses the legal station and duty of E-commerce web station. The legal station may be called as E-commerce's services. The duty of E-commerce web station is a kind of limited duty. It includes three kinds of duties: the duty of checkup beforehand, the duty of checkup afterwards and the duty of helping investigation. The fourth chapter discusses the shortcomings of Online Dispute Resolution and web station's self-rulings. The shortcomings of Online Dispute Resolution include three kinds: the high cost and the lake of compulsion, the way short of diaphaneity. In order to build web station's faith and protect trade's safe, the web station make self-rules about E-commerce. The self-rules include ID identify, the credit's comment and the compensation for E-commerce's problems. ID identifing and the credit's comment only can avoid E-commerce's problems happening, but they can not resolve E-commerce's problems. the compensation for E-commerce's problems has so many limits as to only resolve little E-commerce's problems, for example, the limit of object and scope about the compensation. As a new way for customers'rights and interests protection, insurance is be discussed in the fifth chapter. It be insisted of its'advantages to resolve E-commerce's problems on C to C, the disputes on e-insurance and the design of insurance.
