China Participates In International Regime: Historical Logic, Reality Choice, And Problem Analysis

After the Cold war, the globalization and the information swiftly and violently develop, the interdependent degree between the countries has unceasingly deepened. International regime, as the effective way to adjust international relationship and promote the common interest of countries, causes highly attention. With the influenc of international regime to the international political and economic activity unceasingly expanding, the national survival and development becomes more and more difficulty without international regime. Increasing national survival and developping space by participating and using international regime already becomes rational choice of more and more nations.How treats international regime is an important strategic question during China moveing towards the internationalization and the modernization.The paper divides into five parts. The first part, through reviewing the reciprocity history of China and international regime since modern times, has proven China to participate in international regime is a historical inevitable conclusion; The second part,from the angle of domestical and international pressure China facing,it analyses the reality basis of China participating in international regime; The third part, in the foundation of above two parts, this part further elaborated China to choose what way to participate in international regime, through analysis and comparison ,it thought that positively participating in international regime is most conform to the Chinese national condition and the actual need; The fourth part, it thoroughly analyzed various difficulties which will be able to meet during participating at present and in the future; The fifth part,this part proposed the countermeasure from theoretical and practical angle , in accordance with the difficulties and the questions that China will meet in the course of participating in international regime. It hopes that the countermeasure may smooth the way that China comprehensively participates in international society and international regime in the 21st century.
