Indorsement System is the most important part of the system of Negotiable Instruments. Since the very moment it came into being, the forged indorsement caught both the scholers' and the legislators' attention. As representative of the Anglo-American Law System, the Forged Indorsement System provided in the Uniform Commercial Code is of great value.
