Study On Conceits And Practices Of Integration In ASEAN Under A New-Regionalism View

New Regionalism has been an important factor of international relations since 1990s and also influenced and figured development aspect of world economics and international politics. This paper hackles the theory of regionalism and reviews origin of new regionalism and it's character in Asia–Pacific especially in East Asia. The discussion canters on the most important question:The development of ASEAN in the regionalism step and new regionalism step especially the role in East-Asia cooperation. At last, I will analysis the relations of ASEAN-China.It is a new field to study ASEAN in Regionalism and New Regionalism. AESAN will continue cooperate in economics and security fields and play an important role in Asia Cooperation. It will also enforce cooperation with several states especially the relation with China. The opening section of this paper is to research regionalism's basic concepts and theory development and the meaning of New Regionalism. Section Two describes the foundation and development in cold war then it's effects in economic and politic fields. Section Three focuses on New Regionalism and the cooperation of Asia and the role of ASEAN, then the ASEAN community is also a problem in this section. Section Four discuses the multi diplomacy practice of ASEAN and it's relation with China because of new regionalism, especially cooperation in several fields.
