With the rapid development of biological science and technology, Artificial Fertilization, In Vitro Fertilization- Embryo Transfer technology and various derivation technology, etc. become mankind's new ways of bearing. Unprecedented innovation has appeared in the procreation reproduction way of mankind itself. These new non- natural ways of bearing bring new legal problems to the society, and challenge to the laws of various countries. In order to ensure and promote sound development of this technology, considering Assist Reproduction Technology to be legalized, perfecting relevant legislation constantly, and adjusting the new social relationships produced from it by legal means are focal points of Assisted Reproduction Technology legislation. On the basis of previous study, this paper focuses on several legal problems caused by the application of Assisted Reproduction Technology (ART) via systematic analysis, case analysis, comparative analysis, etc. It includes the subject who adopted ART, and legal parents'assertion after the application of ART, legal status of children born with the help of ART, etc. It also puts forward my own unique opinions,This article is divided into four chapters. The total characters are 36,000.The first chapter is about the analysis of ART from the law point of view. It firstly introduces the classification and practice of ART both at home and abroad, and secondly discusses the vital value of carrying on ART. It also introduces the legalization survey of various countries on ART. Finally it proposes social problems after the application of ART.The second chapter mainly focuses on the subjects who adopted ART. At present, many countries limit the subjects for husbands and wives who cannot give birth. It forbids the unmarried woman to use this technology. Only a few countries or areas stipulate the unmarried women have right to assist ART and bear children. It's the Population and Family Planning Act in Jilin Province that firstly endows the single woman with the right to give birth. Based on the successfully dealing with the legal problems and confliction of this case, the author make sure that single woman can assist ART to exercise the bear right under limiting terms. These legal problems and conflicts include whether the regulation of single women'bearing belongs to the category " it is born that it is not the wedding "; The single women die unexpectedly when the child has not grown to manhood, yet who should raise the child; How to judge a person " decides not to get married again "; Whether it will promote rapid increase of the size of population, etc. This part discusses briefly whether the death can implement ART.
